REFUNDS POLICY

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Program or Service Completion: You must have completed the entire program or service for which you are seeking a refund.
Proof of Completion: You will need to provide proof of completion. This can include certificates of completion, documentation, or any other evidence demonstrating your participation and engagement with the program or service.
Within 30 Days: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of completion of the program or service. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

C. Refund Approval: If your request meets the eligibility criteria and is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

Digital products and downloadable resources.
Services that have been fully rendered.
Services delivered outside the 30-day refund window.
